Share a workspace with your clients and partners
A small business almost never works alone. An agency moves forward with its client, an engineering consultancy with its subcontractors, a business owner with their accountant. And every time, the conversations scatter: an endless email thread where nobody can find the latest version any more, a WhatsApp group where the client sees messages that were none of their business, attachments sent three times over.

This page explains how Synintra solves this problem, and how it differs from other solutions.
What does not work with the usual tools
Email threads. Everyone replies to a different version, someone forgets to copy in a colleague, files get lost in attachments. And when the person handling the file goes on holiday, their history goes with them.
WhatsApp groups. Handy at first, they quickly mix everything up: personal and professional, internal topics and the client's. You cannot structure a project, find a decision again, or cleanly remove someone who is no longer involved.
Conventional team tools. Most can invite outsiders, but on terms that hold you back: a guest who pays like a member, or a limit on the number of guests, or the other company also having to hold a paid subscription.
How it works in Synintra
1. You invite the partner company. Your client, your supplier or your accounting firm receives an invitation. From that invitation, they create their company's space for free, in a few clicks, even if they were not on Synintra yet.
2. You open the project channel to them. Each person is invited by name. They see only that channel: not your other projects, not your internal discussions, not your private notes.
3. You keep an internal channel alongside. The shared channel is for conversations with the client. To talk among yourselves about the same project (the budget, a problem, a decision to make), you keep an internal channel the client does not see.
4. Everyone works in the same place. Threads, @mentions, files, reactions, video calls in one click. A meeting note can be shared in the channel, readable by all its members, partners included. A message to deal with joins your to-do list.
Your partner then appears with a badge in your directory, and you reach its members in one click for future projects.
Who it is for
- Agencies and freelancers who run projects with their clients.
- Companies that subcontract part of their work and want a clear thread per job or per order.
- Business owners who regularly talk to their accountant, lawyer or banker, and want to find decisions again without digging through their inbox.
- Teams that bring in temporary reinforcements: a freelancer for three months, a consultant, an outside firm.

The information about Slack and Basecamp comes from their official pages, checked on 24 October 2026.
What Synintra does not do
Synintra does not set visibility message by message within a single channel: a guest sees the whole channel opened to them. That is why we recommend an internal channel alongside the shared one. Nor do we offer a client portal in your colours, or formal sign-off of deliverables: if that is the core of your business, specialised tools for agencies do it.
What it costs
Inviting a partner is free for you and for them, and their members do not count towards your team. Your own space has one price per company, never per user; channels, notes, to-dos and client tracking are currently free during early access.
