Synintra costs €79 excl. VAT per month, per venue, everything included. A venue is a place with its rooms and its residents: a business incubator, an innovation centre, a managed workspace, a shared workspace.

You start with a 15-day free trial. No credit card is asked for at sign-up, and the trial does not silently turn into a paid subscription: when it ends, we get in touch.
What that means per resident company
The price does not move with the number of companies you host. The fuller your incubator, the less it costs you per company.

Workspace management platforms bill per user or per active member: their invoice follows your occupancy, upwards. That is the opposite of what an organisation on an annual budget needs.
What the subscription includes
There is no limited edition, no module to switch on, no paid add-on. One subscription gives you the whole platform.
Room booking
Your residents book for themselves. You set the rules room by room: opening hours and days, slot length, equipment on site, services your team prepares. Hour quotas are counted per resident company, by day, by week and by month, with a global cap and per-company exceptions.
Each room runs on automatic confirmation or manual approval, with a deadline after which an unanswered request releases the slot. Reminders go out automatically to the person who booked, to their guests, and to your team when a service was requested. If you run several sites, you can open some rooms to the other venues in your group.

Several venues
An organisation running several sites gets one platform per venue, each with its own subdomain and rooms, but a single invoice. Write to us at contact@synintra.com and we will group your sites.
Can't pay online?
Purchase order, bank transfer, an administrative loop that takes weeks, no company card: if online payment doesn't work for your organisation, write to us at contact@synintra.com. We set your access up the right way, and it stays open while everything falls into place.
Frequently asked questions
Is the 15-day trial really free?
Yes, and with no credit card. You get the complete platform, with your rooms, your residents and your real data. It is not a demo on a fake dataset.
What happens after 15 days?
Nothing automatic. We contact you to ask whether you are carrying on. If you do not, the platform stops, and you can ask us for a copy of your data before it is deleted.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want. We do not do annual lock-ins: if the tool is no longer useful to you, holding you hostage serves nobody.
Does the price go up as our incubator grows?
No. Whether you host fifteen companies or a hundred and twenty, the subscription is the same. You pay for a venue, not for a list of users.
How are we billed if we run several venues?
Each venue has its own platform, and you receive a single invoice covering all of them. Write to us before ordering and we will set the sites up together.
