Business incubator management software
A business incubator, a startup accelerator with a building, a managed workspace: they all share the same daily routine. Rooms everyone wants to book, resident companies that come and go, events to announce, and a team of two or three people holding it all together. Usually with a spreadsheet, a shared calendar and a lot of email.
On this page 7 sections
Synintra replaces that patchwork with a single platform, in your colours, running in under an hour.
The problem it solves
Running an incubator is not a tooling problem. It is a fragmentation problem.
Room bookings come in by phone, by email, sometimes shouted down a corridor. Nobody really knows who is using what. The directory of resident companies is a spreadsheet somebody stopped updating eight months ago. Announcements go out to a mailing list, with no idea who reads them. And when the community manager is on holiday, everything stops, because it all lives in her inbox.
A shared calendar does not know your per-room rules. It does not remind the person who booked. And it cannot tell you who, in the building, does what.
What Synintra does
Self-service room booking. Your residents book for themselves, within the rules you set for each room: hour quotas, automatic confirmation or manual approval, equipment, services to prepare. Reminders go out automatically to the person who booked, to their guests, and to your team when a service was requested.
Resident company directory. Every company has its page, every member a profile. The directory fills itself as your residents sign up, without anyone retyping a spreadsheet.
News, events and polls. Publish an announcement, an event with registrations, or a poll. Urgent notices (internet outage, lift out of order) pin themselves to the top of every feed until they expire.
Internal messaging. Your residents talk to each other, without using their personal inboxes or yet another group chat nobody ever leaves.
Job and internship postings. Your resident companies publish their openings, and candidates post their profiles. Hiring is one of the first needs of a young company, and it often plays out in the building next door.
The Synintra support network. Your residents can call on the other venues in the network, beyond your own. You choose what you share.
One platform per site. Your logo, your subdomain. If your organisation runs several sites, each lives its own life while staying under a single administration.
What Synintra does not do
We do not handle rent invoicing, company address services, or accounting. Other tools do that better, and we say so in our comparison.
We do not run structured acceleration programmes either: applications, cohorts, mentoring, portfolio tracking. That is a different craft, served by different tools.
Synintra runs the daily life of a place and its community.
Why not just a spreadsheet
A spreadsheet knows no booking rules. It notifies nobody. It does not stop two people taking the same room. It cannot tell you which companies are using your rooms, who lives in your building, or what is happening next week.
Above all, a spreadsheet only lives in the hands of whoever holds it. A platform lives in the hands of your whole community. That is the difference between a tool for the manager and a tool for the venue.
What it costs
One price per venue, whatever the number of members you host. Every feature is included, and there is no module to bolt on later. The details are on the pricing page.
You start with a 15-day free trial, no credit card.
How long it takes to start
You create your rooms in thirty minutes, with no training. Then you paste in your residents' email addresses, even mixed in with other data: Synintra extracts the addresses and sends the invitations, never re-inviting anyone already registered.
Your members get a link, and they book.
Hosted in the European Union
Synintra is hosted in the European Union. Your data stays in Europe and is never accessible to another organisation: every venue is an isolated tenant, under GDPR.
The platform has been in production since 2014, used daily by real incubators.
